I took the kids up to the splash pad up in Highland. I really wish Lehi would get a clue and build one but since we don't have one here my favorite splash pad is the Highland one. I like the river that the kids can play in and then they do have the part that splashes water up. But here are a lot of pictures from that afternoon. Makenna had seen a couple older girls posing for pictures so she wanted to do the same.

Kason just chilling on the side of the river. He was much more cautious than the girls. He just liked sticking his feet in the water and watching everyone.
Makenna couldn't miss a photo op so she ran over to jump in the picture!

Next time I'll learn to take the picture's facing the other way so they don't look all dark and shaded! Oh well. The kids were so happy and they had so much fun!
...but if you had taken the pictures the other direction the sun would've been in their cute little eyes! It's a no win...except that the kids are so super adorable! :)
